If cannot detect the lisence, maybe it cause by Firewall Blocking or Antivirus Blocking
For example:
1. Search -> Allow an app though Windows Firewall
2. In the page, Click Change settings -> Click Allow another app
3.Click browser -> Find (C:\Million\MLM or D:\Million\MLM)
After, click on millionsw and click add
4.click the public and private to make sure both is clicked
also process millionsw, rlm, rlmclient one by one three times
extra, for antivirus, find out specific application or the app you using and close it
