Ensure that your license is detected. That is done by checking if International Edition shows up at the bottom
If not it will blank or Show out trial edition
So, If International Edition does not show up, go back to the login page, enter
For coding license - Free Trial -> Coding License -> Manage -> Ensure that your license shows up in Manage.
Also check the IP address is same with server pc
For Dongle License, ensure that your dongle is plugged into the server device properly and the IP is set to the server device’s IP address (exp:: 192.168.X.XX

If above step, already check still cannot, follow step below to check
Click on wifi -> properties -> Ensure that the network is stand in Private, is not then unclick the public and click on the private
