Step By Step
1. Please do a BACKUP before processing to the following Upgrade Step.
2. Unzip the Million Patch File (normally it is a folder name with DATE)
3. Open the Patch File Folder.
4. Copy All the File Inside the Folder
5. Right Click Million Accounting System Shortcut on your Desktop.
Select "Properties" and Click on "Open File Location".
6. Once open the million account folder, right click blank area then PASTE the files and REPLACE the existing file.
7. Go to 'Get Started' ,double click the "Version 3" title, checking version date that you upgrade version is correct.
8. After that, select Million Accounting System and login to your company database, please proceed to UPGRADE database.
*** All Directories MUST be do this step ***
9. Database has been processing.
10. Click OK when upgrade database completed
11. Once Completed, Go to "Help -> About" to make sure the version date has been updated.
12. All directories must do "UPGRADE DATABASE" (Step 7 to Step 11).
13. Repeat all step (Step 1 to Step 11) until upgrade to Latest Version.
