Stock Assembly is used to assemble raw materials or component parts into finished goods for internal stock management.

Step 1: Open Stock Assembly

Navigate to Stock > Stock Assembly

Step 2: Create a New Stock Assembly 

Click Add to create a new Stock Assembly transaction. 

Step 3: Enter the Stock Assembly Details 

Enter the required information: 

  • No. – The document number is generated automatically. It can be preset or reset if required.

  • Date – Enter the Assembly date.

  • Product Code – Enter the Product Code or select it from the drop-down list.

  • Description – The product description will be displayed automatically.

  • Remark 1 & 2 – Enter the reason or additional information if required.

  • Location – Select the relevant stock location.

Step 4: Enter the Assembly Information 

Enter the required items for the Stock Assembly transaction. 

The Stock Assembly function is used to convert raw materials or component parts into finished goods. 

Step 5: Save the Stock Assembly

Review the details and click Save to complete the Stock Assembly transaction.
