Step 1: Maintain Stock Group
Navigate to Stock > Group.
Use Group to organize different types of stock into main categories.
Step 2: Maintain Stock Sub-Group
Navigate to Stock > Sub-Group.
Use Sub-Group to further classify items within a Stock Group into more specific categories.
Example: If the Stock Group is Beverages, the Sub-Groups could be Soft Drinks, Coffee, and Tea.
Step 3: Maintain Stock Brand
Navigate to Stock > Brand.
Use Brand to maintain and categorize items according to their brand.
