Setup Company Profile   (Setting -> Company)


Setup Financial Year  (Setting -> Financial year)



Setup Tax Format  (Setting -> Tax Format)


Setup User Profile  (Setting -> User Profile)



Setup GL Account  (General -> GL Account)

This option enables you to create a new general ledger account with its information, search for an existing account, modify or remove it.

The system will generate sample Chart of Account automatically, you may add, modify and delete the account with your preference.



Click the add button to add new GL account.


Setup Foreign Currency & Exchange Rate  (General -> Miscellaneous -> Currency)

This option enables you to maintain foreign currencies for companies trading overseas.

Press on action button 'Currency Rate' button to maintain foreign currency exchange rate.



Press + button to add the new currency rate.

Press on Date From ① button and select date from.

Press on Date To ② button and select date to.

Exchange Rate  ③ : Apply to transaction (Cal click today rate to get the on-real time rate)

Month End Rate ④ : Apply to Revaluation (Unrealized Gain & Loss)

Press 'Save' ⑤.



Maintain Tax Code  (%Tax -> GL Tax)

The system will generate tax code automatically while create database.



Maintain Project  (General - Miscellaneous -> Analysis)

This option enables you to maintain project titles for different project, when you are doing project account.



Click + button to add new project.

  1. Enter the Description for project.
  2. Enter the Code for project.
  3. Select type = Project.
  4. Then click save project.


Maintain Department (General - Miscellaneous -> Analysis)

This option enables you to maintain department titles for difference departments, when you are doing department account.



Click + button to add new Department.

  1. Enter the Description for Department.
  2. Enter the Code for Department.
  3. Select type = Department
  4. Then click save Department.


Maintain Debtor (Contact -> Contact)

This option enables you to create a new debtor/ customer account with its information, search for an existing debtor, modify or delete it from your system.


Click on the + button and complete the information on screen.


Select Customer, fill in the details and click save.


Maintain Creditor (Contact -> Contact)

This option enables you to create a new creditor/ supplier account with its information, search for an existing creditor, modify or delete it from your system.


Click on the + button and complete the information on screen.


Select Supplier, fill in the details and click save.


How to update Account Opening Balance (General -> Account Opening Balance)

This option enables you to enter every account's opening balance. Subsequently, the system will bring forward the balance to new financial year.


Account opening balance only maintain for the first year and second year system will auto calculate based on first year balance hence didn't need to maintain second year opening.


  1. The system will display all accounts on screen. Enter the opening balances in debit or credit column accordingly. At the right top search bar, type in an account number or account description for a quick search.
  2. Update individual account opening balance in lump sum and press 'Save'.



How to maintain B/F Transaction for Debtor & Creditor (Contact -> B/F Transaction -> Add)

This is for maintaining brought forward bills from last financial year.



In the account, can select the customer or supplier account to add the B/F transaction.
