Please make sure your company annual Leave entitlement Based on This year work done or Last year work done

System -> General Setup -> Transaction


This year work done : Entitlement update every month by prorate

Last year work done : Entitlement only update on December



System will based on Employee Date Joined to calculate the Leave Entitle, before we do the leave update have to setup a few thing first.


Employee -> Employee maintenance -> Edit Employee -> Employment -> Make sure the Date Joined  had been key in.



Employee-> Leave -> Leave table -> Add or Edit



Entitlement : Leave entitle of current year

C/F : Carry forward to next year


You can add the additional leave type, Please follow the below instruction. 


After press ok the Leave listing will be update.



If you maintain more than 1 of Leave Table, please make Employee -> Employee maintenance ->Edit -> Account & Setting ->Leave Table is choose the correct table



For update leave entitle balance please go to Employee -> Leave -> Leave Update




*Company using This year work done method please just Process until Current Payroll month only


Once update done,you can check the Leave balance by individual.

Employee -> Employee maintenance -> Select the Employee -> Leave




You can check the Leave report on Report -> Personnel Reports -> Leave Report
