Payslip Sender Email Setting ( System -> Administrative Tools -> User Account -> Edit)
Please key in sender Email on Edit User Account Page. If not using Hotmail, Gmail or Yahoo mail, please check the Email of SMTP Server, Server port and key in by yourself.
Send Payslip by Email ( Transaction -> Print Pay Slip -> select Payroll Month -> select Payslip Format -> Print -> PDF )
Please Tick the Employee – Email - Yes
Key in the Password and press Ok
PDF file generated and Sent by Email.
Payslip Email template ( System -> Generat Setup -> Other )
We can customize Email template by Html. And this is a Default Email template.
This is customized format for Email template.
