There are two ways where you can maintain a new company / database in the Million System.
- Add New Company
- Maintain -> New
Company Name : Enter company name
Group : Group database into a list under the same group (Optional)
Database : Folder name for your company data. Short name preferred
(No Symbol and spacing allowed)
Database Folder : The path for your database stored in.
Create a new database and choose your company database currency.
Choose the first option -> Create a new database
Enter the ID and password to login into your database
Default ID : admin
Default Password : admin
